All apartments have a deck or balcony, private phone with cable TV/VCR'S. Nineteen of the twenty six apartments are efficiencies (one large room with a fully equipped kitchen, Murphy bed and a double pull-out couch). When neatly tucked away, the room becomes a comfy living room, dining area and kitchen. 

There are also five one-bedroom apartments along with a one and two bedroom private cottage.
